Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities Accurately input product details into Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. Ensure that all product listings meet blithequark's standards and guidelines, adhering to our high standards of quality and consistency. Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant in the ever-changing e-commerce landscape. Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product availability and accurate promotions, collaborating to drive sales and customer engagement. Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings, staying up-to-date with the latest product developments and trends. Monitor and report on product performance, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to suggest improvements and optimize product listings for maximum impact. Manage and maintain spreadsheets for product data and other related documentation, utilizing your organizational skills to keep our product information accurate and up-to-date. Assist with order processing and other data-related tasks as needed, providing support to our operations team and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing (Amazon/Shopify preferred), with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their nuances. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon and Shopify, and the ability to navigate their interfaces with ease. Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with our team and communicate with suppliers and manufacturers.
