Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed professional to fill the role of Account Manager, focusing on growing the 3P market in the USA. This position is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and convenience for our customers. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform, maximizing our product selection and customer base. Key Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly preferred. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be highly enthusiastic about success and winning. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2 years of e-commerce experience. 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3 years of direct sales experience.
