As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our crew, providing top-notch support to customers inquiring about our client's services. About the Role: A Warm and Supportive Service This is not a sales role; instead, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering questions, guiding customers through the sign-up process, and providing updates on their account status via phone and email support. As a temporary, seasonal contract, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from April to June, working 20 hours per week for approximately 90 days. Project Hours and Commitment We're looking for individuals who can commit to the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 5 pm (all times Pacific) 20 hours per week 90 days (as needed) Orientation begins in April, and we'll discuss the hourly pay rate during the interview phase.
