About the Role We are looking for a confident, upbeat, and personable Customer Service professional to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Our comprehensive two-week, paid training program will ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, identifying the type of assistance needed and escalating issues when necessary Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone, email, and chat) Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing Perform additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Active listening skills and a results-oriented approach A strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers Proficiency in navigating CRM software and/or multiple software applications Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions Knowledge of digital mailbox solutions and the ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
