We are now seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Call Center Business Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission. Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with new and existing commercial and industrial customers, selling customized products and services for their business, retaining existing customers, and delivering superior customer service to our valued customers. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, building customer and brand loyalty, creating customized solutions, and proactively promoting blithequark's products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls within an inside sales environment from business customers inquiring about blithequark's products and services. Build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and handling customer needs with a high level of respect and professionalism. Create customized solutions to acquire new business utilizing sales tactics learned through training programs, sales models, and mentoring processes. Proactively promote blithequark's products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities by following the growth sales process from initiation to close. Provide sales support to existing customers wanting to make changes to their accounts. Perform sales retention by using sales tactics learned through training and mentoring processes. Be accountable for meeting or exceeding performance metrics identified by blithequark's leadership around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. Assist the sales team focused on residential customers as business needs arise. Exemplify high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement. Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills. You should also have strong verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills, with Spanish bilingual fluency being a plus. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the environmental services industry or a related field. Proven track record of sales success and customer retention. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
