Job Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis for up to 12 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry, checking source documents for accuracy, verifying and correcting data where necessary, and transcribing information into required electronic formats. Key Responsibilities Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry Check source documents for accuracy and verify and correct data where necessary Transcribe information into required electronic formats Check completed work for accuracy and respond to requests for information Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms Perform other duties as required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, and three (3) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Basic knowledge of proper office procedures Ability to follow instructions Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Ability to apply basic mathematical skills Ability to plan and work selecting proper tools and compare and understand differences in size, shape, and form or lines, figures, and objects Ability to follow written and oral directions, plans, and blueprints Ability to recognize and report safety hazards Understanding of inventory processes Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Two (2) years of college courses in a related field, plus four (4) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience for a total of six (6) years Familiarity with MAXIMO Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Understanding of government property processes and recordkeeping Receiving and inspection experience Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Basic knowledge of office software and equipment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
