Key Responsibilities Field inbound communication (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) from our client's members regarding their insurance needs, providing expert guidance and support. Utilize knowledge of personal lines insurance to help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes. Conduct thorough research to understand the customer's needs, asking clarifying questions to gather more information and presenting the customer with a resolution. Correspond with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations. Execute various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks, adhering to performance metrics and quality standards. Maintain member privacy and confidentiality, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and discretion. Essential Qualifications Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required, with a focus on delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. 1 year of call center experience is required, with a proven track record of handling inbound communication and resolving customer inquiries. High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in written and verbal communication skills.
