Your primary duties will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Maintaining the chain of custody of electronic devices received from employees internally or through the mail * Reviewing digital evidence stored on hard drives and ensuring the data matches inventory logs * Preparing Excel documents following specific templates to upload to web-based evidence management systems * Reviewing data entered into web-based evidence systems to ensure accuracy and completeness * Verifying that documentation and electronic devices match what is being reported and received * High-volume data input from documentation received, such as employee names and identifiers, by handwriting and into computer applications used for tracking purposes * Maintaining awareness and following data handling, safety, and security policies and procedures ### Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * Strong Excel skills and previous data entry experience * Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume data entry environment * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with computer hardware, particularly plug-in/plug-out hard drives * Familiarity with electronic evidence management systems and best practices * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ### Skills and Competencies * Data entry and documentation skills * Computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills * Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting * Data privacy and compliance knowledge * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Communication and interpersonal skills ### Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
