Key Responsibilities Verifies and logs receipt of data, ensuring timely and accurate processing Transcribes source data into the required electronic format, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners, ensuring efficient data capture and storage Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software, meeting productivity and quality standards Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and effective manner Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, taking corrective action to ensure data accuracy and completeness Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information, adhering to blithequark's data security and confidentiality policies Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation, minimizing the risk of data loss and ensuring business continuity Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system, providing timely and accurate support to stakeholders Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.), maintaining a high level of proficiency and efficiency in administrative tasks Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth Completes additional assigned tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry, ensuring efficient and effective data management processes Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
