Job Overview We are excited to offer a fully-remote contract opportunity for a Part-time Outbound Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This 12-week contract position has the potential to be extended for future projects, providing a unique opportunity for career growth and development. Key Responsibilities As a Part-time Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Sharing shareholder communications through inbound, outbound, and email responses Engaging with clients in a contested proxy meeting, addressing concerns and providing accurate information Directing clients on where to vote and providing support and guidance as needed Utilizing an autodialer to make approximately 240 outbound calls per 8-hour shift, with a goal of 30 calls per hour Leaving voicemails and following up with clients as required Working collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives Work Schedule and Requirements This part-time position requires a commitment of approximately 26 hours per week, with a schedule of 6pm-11pm EST, Monday to Thursday, and Saturday from 12pm-6pm EST. All hours are in EST time.
