As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone. Your exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, and strong computer skills will be essential in delivering a highly satisfying customer experience.
