In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and completeness of our auto consumer contract data, while also providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. Job Overview As an Operations Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering auto consumer contract data into various software programs, including Salesforce. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, meeting the required turnaround times. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving Email to Case correspondence with accuracy, handling online inquiries, and assisting with other administrative tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities Enter auto contract data into Salesforce, validate OCR data in Validation Queue, and ensure information is correct within required turnaround times Handle online inquiries and correspondence in assigned Salesforce queues, providing timely and accurate responses to customers and clients Monitor multiple queues in Salesforce on a daily basis, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently Contact customers/clients at a basic level to obtain required information and respond when requests are completed, providing exceptional customer service and support Engage with Quality Control, Client Services, and Operations Support Supervisor to resolve Data Entry and Email to Case queries, ensuring that issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner Utilize correct codes to enter data into the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry Use systems and multiple programs for tracking, information gathering, and documenting customer interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and reports Retrieve data from applications/files upon request, providing timely and accurate information to support business operations Attend and adhere to scheduled shifts and breaks, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in supporting the business Demonstrate shift flexibility to support the business as required, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Utilize tools, resources, and systems to process customer requests and provide accurate information, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support Meet predefined quality assessment standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and administrative tasks Development and Growth At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide timely and accurate responses to customers and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience in the automotive or financial services industry Knowledge of data entry best practices and quality control procedures Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail: ability to accurately and efficiently enter data, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results Communication skills: ability to provide timely and accurate responses to customers and clients, both written and verbal Customer service skills: ability to provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with Salesforce or other CRM software Problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
