You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English, utilizing your language skills to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Turkish and English, providing timely and effective support Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience Utilize language skills to communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and provide personalized support Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient resolution of issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance language skills, product knowledge, and customer support expertise Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer. You should truly enjoy providing exceptional Customer Support and be able to quickly identify any issues the customer may have. Additionally, you should have: Previous experience providing Customer Support via inbound web messages Proven ability to provide web messaging support to 3-5 customers at the same time Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A passion for music and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Essential Qualifications In order to ensure adequate proficiency, qualified applicants will be required to complete language assessments in Turkish and English. You should be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet performance goals. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the music or entertainment industry, would be an asset. Additionally, any experience with customer support software or tools would be beneficial.
