About the Role As a Mid-Level Scrum Master at Workwarp, you'll be at the forefront of our Agile transformation, leading teams, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a remote-friendly position that requires at least 3 days of onsite collaboration per week, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and teamwork. Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and maintain transparency throughout the development process. • Lead Scrum teams to enhance collaboration, promote healthy interactions, and drive project success. • Mentor Junior Scrum Masters and act as an Agile Coach, guiding teams through Agile methodologies and best practices. • Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to inform decision-making and drive team performance. • Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure goals are met and address any impediments or challenges. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of implementing Agile techniques in diverse work cultures. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration and drive project progress. • Certification as a Scrum Master or higher (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent); scaled Agile certification (e.g., SAFe) is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications To stand out, you'll ideally have: • Experience leading product-based delivery teams in a scaled Agile organization, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies. • Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching teams within Agile frameworks, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
