Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager (Underground Utilities Construction). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing water/ wastewater construction projects, coordinating with teams, ensuring timely project completion, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting tasks to meet project deadlines. The role involves tracking project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications • Project Management skills • Inspection skills and familiarity with regulatory compliance • Logistics Management skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred, a highschool diploma or GED is required • Experience in underground utilities construction is required • Proficiency in remote control operation and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies. • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in a field environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize productivity. • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing work schedules when necessary. • Display flexibility in handling unexpected challenges and adjusting priorities. • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
