Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic IT systems support to end users through chat, email, and phone, helping resolve computer system issues, documenting requests, and ensuring timely resolutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Respond to and resolve a high volume of IT-related issues or questions from internal and external customers. Provide updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved. Escalate technical problems to appropriate teams when necessary. Accurately document all customer interactions in the tracking system. Assist in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction. Stay current on policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate support. Provide occasional after-hours support via on-call rotation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education To be successful in this role, you will need to have: An Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred. Minimum 3 years of computer systems–related experience (or equivalent). 2 years of proprietary software support experience. 1 year of Windows operating system troubleshooting experience. Experience with JURIS or claims management applications is preferred. Technical Skills You will need to have strong technical skills, including: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and system navigation. Professional Skills In addition to technical skills, you will need to have excellent professional skills, including: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure.
