Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide customers with personalized support Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for repeat calls and ensuring customer satisfaction Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of the Windows operating system. As a highly reliable and customer-focused individual, you will be able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues, and provide conflict resolution and negotiation skills as needed.
