Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, assisting in reducing churn and promoting customer retention. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and feedback, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities.
