About the Position We are seeking an experienced full-time Airbnb host assistant to join our team at blithequark. As a host assistant, you will be responsible for mediating claims, handling customer service inquiries, and resolving conflicts that may arise between hosts and guests. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our clients and their guests, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Mediate claims and resolve conflicts between hosts and guests in a fair and professional manner Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to guests' concerns Communicate with Airbnb's support team to resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Collaborate with our team of host assistants to share best practices and improve our overall service delivery Stay up-to-date with Airbnb's policies and procedures, ensuring that our clients and their guests are aware of and comply with all relevant rules and regulations Meet and exceed performance targets, including resolving a high volume of claims and customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working for Airbnb or a similar company, such as a business process outsourcing (BPO) organization. This experience is essential, as it will have provided you with the necessary training and knowledge to excel in this position.
