What You'll DoCore objectives involve Customer Service in Airlines, Aviation, Customer Service.Join Cape Air, one of the largest independent regional airlines in the US, as a Flight Attendant based in Boston, MA (BOS). This is a unique 'entry-level' opportunity, as 'no experience' is required and our training is tailored to our specific fleet, including the Cessna 402 and Tecnam P2012 Traveller. As a Cape Air Flight Attendant, you are the sole crewmember responsible for safety and customer service, providing our 'island-hopping' service to destinations like Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. This role is less about beverage carts and more about personalized customer care, safety briefings, and assisting passengers on our 9-seat aircraft. Your schedule will be variable, including 'day shift' flights, early mornings, and 'weekend shift' availability, especially during our busy summer season. This role requires a high degree of independence, a passion for helping people, and a calm, professional demeanor.
