Our team is passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing world of digital marketing, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, Customer Support, and General VA to CEO at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, provide excellent written English, and be detail-oriented and a quick learner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and be self-directed, with a willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns * Communicate directly with clients through Basecamp project management system * Provide excellent written English, with a keen eye for detail and a quick learning ability * Work autonomously and be self-directed, with a willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance * Assist with general admin tasks, including data entry, email management, and other administrative duties * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and delivery * Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices **Essential Requirements** * Based in the Philippines * Excellent written English, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation * Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and analysis * Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and analysis * Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed * Fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power * Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms * Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up * Knowledge of or experience with SEO blog writing and editing * Google Certification in Google Ads * Experience working with Hubstaff time tracking software **Percentage Breakdown of Tasks** * FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%) * Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%) * Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%) * Graphic design (10%) * General Admin (10%) * Report Preparation (5%) * SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%) * Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%) **Perks** * Fun, flexible work environment, with a dynamic and supportive team * Highly competitive salary based on experience, with a quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th Month Bonus * Additional Performance-Based Bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing, with screen-recorded trainings provided * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Grow with this entrepreneurial company and build out the marketing team * We are very loyal to our employees and treat them with respect at all times **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and talented individual with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!
