Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a passion for helping our customers achieve their goals. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving adoption and expansion for a large portfolio of customers in Japan. You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new customers, develop tailored success plans, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our customer success motion, informing product development, and driving revenue growth in this key market. **What You'll Achieve** * Drive adoption and expansion for a large portfolio of customers in Japan, hosting onboarding, training, and working sessions to educate customers and uncover new use cases for blithequark's platform. * Design and run at-scale Customer Success programs, creating and publishing digital resources to help customers maximize their opportunity with blithequark. * Help build the foundations of Customer Success at blithequark, working closely with our sales team to define sales-assisted motions and drive business growth. * Meaningfully shape our future product, using customer insights to inform product development and drive innovation. * Elevate your skills as we tackle our most impactful challenges, working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making software toolmaking ubiquitous. **Skills You'll Need to Bring** * 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company, with a proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management. * Experience managing a large volume of accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. * A growth mindset and a passion for building and scaling teams, with a willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing business and industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. * Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in both languages. * Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight, with a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs. **Nice to Haves** * Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes, with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency. * Experience in scaled program management, or building adoption campaigns, with a proven track record of success. * Experience using blithequark's platform, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. * Curiosity about data and insights, with experience using tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to inform customer success strategies. * Experience as a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup, with a passion for building and scaling teams. **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a collaborative and innovative company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
