If you're ready to power the world's connections and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. **About the Role:** As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support on all technical, product, and support-related matters. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers through inbound requests, identifying their needs, and validating their project timelines, challenges, and risk factors. * Driving adoption and implementation of blithequark's product features through hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions. * Conducting periodic health checks to review blithequark's implementation and provide recommendations for improvement. * Understanding, advocating, and documenting customers' use cases, architecture, and roadmaps. * Collaborating with customers to explore new use cases and expand blithequark's API platform usage. * Building strong, meaningful relationships with customers, emerging as their trusted technical advisor and partner. * Participating in renewal or expansion discussions, providing technical input, and effectively managing customer escalations. * Managing customer accounts using blithequark's customer maturity model framework. **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.
