About the Role We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer to develop and lead the ongoing technical relationship with our customers, providing strategic guidance, understanding their business and challenges, and delivering solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the blithequark platform. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills, and you will be working closely with our customers to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience. As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership and support for the best customer experience, accelerating adoption and expansion of the blithequark platform within our install base, and providing customer support at times outside of normal business hours. You will also learn our customers' business and challenges and develop best-of-breed solutions to address them, creating added value for the customer as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a smooth and successful onboarding experience to our new customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the blithequark platform to its fullest potential. Provide thought leadership and support for the best customer experience, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Accelerate adoption and expansion of the blithequark platform within our install base, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. Provide customer support at times outside of normal business hours, ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed, regardless of their location or time zone. Learn our customers' business and challenges, developing a deep understanding of their needs and pain points, and creating tailored solutions to address them. Create added value for the customer as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Professional Services, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, with a deep understanding of containerization, orchestration, and automation. Proven experience working with one or more Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a strong understanding of cloud computing, migration, and management. Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive business growth through technical expertise. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, or Ansible, with a strong understanding of automation, deployment, and management. Experience working in the Cyber Security or DevOps domains, with a deep understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies, including Identity Management, Certificate Management, and Encryption Key Management. Security knowledge domains, including Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e., Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and Zero-Trust Access (ZTA). Experience in Scripting/programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong understanding of software development, testing, and deployment.
