You will provide exceptional service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders. You will also offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. **Responsibilities** * Provide fantastic service over the phone to automotive dealerships * Use your computer skills to: + Research requests related to profile assistance + Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders + Assist with car warranties + Escalate critical orders * Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations * Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while interacting with customers **Skills for Success** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills: * Computer, typing, and phone skills * Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues * Solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Eligibility Requirements** To be eligible for this role, you must: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent * Have two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers * Be available to work during the hours listed below, with the ability to stick to the schedule reliably * Be a Michigan resident * Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline * Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment **Schedule** The schedule for this role is as follows: * Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks: instructor-led, 8 hours/day, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + Next four weeks: hands-on calls, scheduled during hours of operation, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday * Work schedule: + Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + No weekends! **Nice to Have** While not required, the following qualifications are nice to have: * Degree in a relevant or related field * Experience in the automotive industry **Remote Work Requirements** To work remotely, you will need to: * Be a Michigan resident * Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline * Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment **The Remote Experience** At blithequark, we understand the importance of work-life balance and flexibility.
