Our state-of-the-art lab facilities, including high-end traffic generators, enable us to emulate customer networks and provide a safe and controlled environment for testing and validation. **Your Impact** As a Full Stack Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' network deployment experience. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Domain Expertise**: Lead validation for customer design, platforms, software, and MoP for upgrades/downgrades, ensuring that our clients' networks are optimized for performance and reliability. * **Test Development**: Define test requirements and cases with customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop tailored testing solutions. * **Lab Setup**: Emulate customer networks in labs using traffic generators, creating a realistic and controlled environment for testing and validation. * **Automation & Testing**: Develop automated tests with ROBOT framework, perform tests, and report findings, ensuring that our clients' networks are thoroughly tested and validated. * **Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with our team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our clients. * **Standards Compliance**: Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, including SVS standards and automation in deliveries. * **Business Development**: Drive discussions on opportunities and renewals for SVS growth, working closely with our clients to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth. **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications: * **Certification**: A minimum of 2x CCNP-level knowledge, preferably in Enterprise, Data Center, and/or Service Provider. * **Technical Expertise**: Deep knowledge of at least 2 technology areas, such as SDA, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching (R&S), DC, ACI, or SP. * **Consultancy Skills**: Strong customer consultancy skills with experience in effective communication and stakeholder interactions. **Preferred Qualifications** While the minimum qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: * **Certification**: CCIE certification, with a preference for CCIE Enterprise. * **Network Experience**: Experience in building and deploying networks, with a strong understanding of network architecture and design. * **Testing & Tools**: Experience in network testing/validation and traffic generator tools, such as Ixia or Spirent. * **Scripting & Automation**: Strong scripting skills in Robot/Python or other languages, with knowledge of Ansible/Terraform. * **Project Methodologies**: Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies. * **Project Management**: Project management skills are advantageous, with experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
