To support the growth and development of this team, we are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. About the Role The Sales Recruiter for Customer Excellence will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our post-sales teams globally, with a focus on the West Coast time zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, developing hiring strategies, and advising hiring managers to ensure the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on post-sales within Customer Excellence, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Build and execute developed hiring strategies that align with business objectives and talent acquisition goals. Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruiting best practices. Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management to build a robust pipeline of talent. Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events, to promote blithequark's employer brand and attract top talent. Lead or contribute to multiple internal projects that enhance the recruiting function and improve candidate experiences. Mentor other members of the Talent Acquisition team on a formal or ad-hoc basis to share knowledge and best practices. Other responsibilities as assigned to support the growth and success of the Customer Excellence team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles within sales (post or pre). Success in hiring a variety of single-threaded, newly created, and evergreen positions, with a focus on quality and speed. Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless collaboration. Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, with a focus on personalized communication and timely feedback. Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse). Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of the sales industry and trends, with a focus on post-sales roles and customer success. Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices in recruiting, with a commitment to promoting a culture of inclusivity. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships in a fast-paced environment. Technical skills, including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adjust to new priorities and deadlines.
