A Day in the Life As a Drug Testing Customer Service Representative, your day will be filled with variety and challenge. You will be the go-to expert for our clients, providing meaningful and accurate support around our drug screening products. When clients reach out over the phone or online, you will be happy to help, asking a series of questions to determine exactly what they are looking for, and then finding creative solutions to solve these issues. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, where you can always turn to your team to solve complex problems. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and online channels Asking questions to understand client needs and finding creative solutions to solve issues Training and teaching clients to further their experience and knowledge Updating client accounts in our system, reporting on department health and metrics, refining our processes, and growing our drug screening product offering Scheduling drug testing events for applicants, matching results when they come back from the laboratory, and relocating events to different areas based on client and applicant needs Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Customer service experience or experience in a related field Phone skills and above-average computer skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk on the phone and understand good phone etiquette Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box Organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices, so if you're a customer service rockstar with a passion for learning and growth, we want to hear from you!
