Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments. Key Responsibilities Process Medicaid Drug Rebate payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with Desk Level Procedures and contract requirements. Maintain quality, production, and compliance standards set by management, and support departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows. Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems, and track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence. Index, correct, and post historic payments as required, and manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers. Assist with special projects to support operational success, and serve as a dependable contributor to team and organizational goals. Essential Qualifications Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems. Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers. Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards, and a strong understanding of data privacy and security principles. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. Knowledge of Medicaid Drug Rebate programs and regulations. Experience with high-volume data entry, and proficiency with 10-key data entry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32,600 - $46,500 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
