Experienced Data Entry Specialist for E-commerce Operations – Remote Work Opportunity with blithequark

About the Role blithequark is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join its team, supporting the International Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with data creation and maintenance related to different ingredient categories and SKU management for various markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data management processes using a combination of in-house tools and Google Suite packages. The successful candidate will work closely with local teams, inputting, transforming, and reconciling data to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the SPS/Octopus tool as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis Ensure data completeness and accuracy, and correct flow of information to relevant stakeholders involved in daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the team Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training Communicate regularly with the Procurement & SCM teams on any concerns or queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve existing processes Offboard and deactivate SKUs that need to be removed or delisted in alignment with other functions Secure close alignment with other blithequark functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with SPS (e.g., SQOC or Product Ops) and other tools like Jira/Rhubarb Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating Excel tables as needed Support local Supply Chain Operations teams by managing relevant data and reports linked to forecasting, ordering, and shipping goods Maintain the confidentiality of data and uphold the integrity of the business Remain flexible to changing duties and responsibilities as business needs vary Essential Qualifications At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience Data-driven and ability to work with cross-functional teams Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and self-management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Good communication skills and familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes (to follow SOPs/processes) Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, including: Strong data analysis and management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to ad-hoc data requests Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs, with experience in ERP/MRP systems a plus Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
