With a strong presence in Silicon Valley, we are at the heart of the technological revolution, driving discoveries that improve the quality of life. **Job Overview** As an Experienced Customer Support Engineer – Molecular Spectroscopy and Lab Informatics, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to our customers and colleagues across various industries, including pharmaceutical, energy, research and development, environmental, and biomedical.
