Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Assist customers in placing their bookings, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and processed efficiently. Report any customer issues to the Customer Support Manager or Supervisor, escalating complex problems when necessary and contributing to the resolution process. Maintain meticulous records of customer communications and conversations, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Perform administrative tasks related to customer support and bookings, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
