Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and care to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions about our products and services Utilize world-class service principles and guidelines to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including appropriate greetings, hold protocols, accuracy of information delivered, and customer verification Continuously increase knowledge and understanding of blithequark's products, software, and services to provide accurate and effective support to customers Troubleshoot technical issues involving software applications, interfaces, and operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android Demonstrate patience, empathy, and effective communication skills when interacting with customers, providing creative solutions to unique customer situations Document and escalate complex support issues to internal and external teams as required, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Maintain accurate records and data related to technical support incidents, and manage individual work to provide exceptional member satisfaction Essential Qualifications One or more years of experience in a high-touch customer service role, call center, or technical support environment Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, with experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues Ability to accurately type 40+ words per minute and navigate complex software applications and interfaces Proven experience resolving customer-related issues, including inbound and outbound inquiries, returns, and escalated issues Sound interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing accurate information and exceptional service to customers Upper-Intermediate or Advanced spoken and written English (USA) at a native or professional level Preferred Qualifications Multi-lingual candidates with proficiency in English and another language (such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese) Experience using blithequark products or similar crafting tools and software A passion for crafting, DIY projects, or other creative pursuits Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
