As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our U.S.-based customers achieve rapid ROI, minimize labor costs, and continuously improve productivity. This dynamic, high-visibility role will provide an opportunity to work with all technical groups within our organization, leveraging your unique combination of project management, training, leadership, and relationship management experience to drive customer success. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction during deployment and process improvements. * Act as the primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity. * Assist with warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades, ensuring our customers' systems are always running at optimal levels. * Manage change requests, keeping all stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts, and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. * Compile and analyze key performance metrics (Throughput, UPH, Lines Per Hour) for status reporting, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. * Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, identifying opportunities for growth and development. * Monitor customer site performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, ensuring our customers meet their operational goals and objectives. * Scale system capabilities to align with the customer's evolving needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique business challenges. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a related technical field. * 5+ years' hands-on experience with 3PL, Warehouse, or logistics operations, with a proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. * Knowledge of networking and network technology, such as routers, WIFI, switches, and firewalls, with the ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing. * Ability to multitask and respond to emergency situations effectively, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. * Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware, and robotics, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. * Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with a strong focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. **Additional Information:** * This role requires up to 50% US travel to customer sites, with opportunities to work with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. * blithequark is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees. * We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits program. * Our company culture is built on a foundation of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity, with a strong focus on employee growth and development.
