With a strong presence in the Northern Africa Region, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for telecommunications services and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Developing and executing customer success plans to meet or exceed blithequark's growth plans * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Northern Africa Region * Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer success plans * Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth * Developing and delivering training and enablement programs to ensure that customers have the skills and knowledge they need to maximize the value of blithequark's solutions * Managing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Fluency in English and French is mandatory * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a software technology company managing and selling to the Telecom industry * Track record of meeting and exceeding targets * Understanding of network architectures (LTE, 5G) is considered a very strong plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams * Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to drive growth and expansion * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer success and growth **Benefits** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will enjoy a strong compensation package, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
