About the Role As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be at the heart of our community connection, working closely with our non-profit partners to educate community members about their initiatives and promote their offerings. You will be responsible for engaging with community members, recording and managing donations, and developing effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins. Key Responsibilities Educate community members about our non-profit partnerships through face-to-face communication, bringing to light awareness and support of client opportunities Accurately record and manage donations (monetary and other), ensuring seamless and efficient processing Engage in continuous training, coaching, and mentorship through daily meetings and networking sessions to improve skill sets and enhance industry knowledge Work closely with fellow marketing team members and Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to develop effective promotional strategies to improve consumer education and increase performance margins Maintain composure, resolve concerns, and overcome challenges as needed, when working with customers in a face-to-face environment, demonstrating exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
