About the Role As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team at blithequark, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing blithequark Seller Partners. The SAS Core Program is designed to support small and medium-sized businesses on blithequark, providing them with strategic advice and guidance to drive their business growth. As a strategic business consultant, you will advise a portfolio of 10-15 businesses, helping them master the fundamentals of selling on blithequark and achieve their individual targets. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 10-15 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes. Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers' potential. Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio, using key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity. Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the sellers and blithequark. Conduct deep dive analysis on seller issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience. Develop a thorough understanding of the blithequark Marketplace ecosystem and manage additional projects around newly launched Paid Services, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis. Conduct regular business reviews with the sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans. A Day in the Life As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to make a real impact on the business growth of your Seller partners. You will work closely with a team of consultants across the US to develop and deliver the SAS Core program, providing consultative services to sellers and helping them navigate the blithequark Marketplace ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to work with smaller, younger, and more innovative businesses, providing them with support and guidance on various aspects of their business, including supply chain, merchandising, selection, conversion, and analytics. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of sales or account management experience 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience Experience with Excel Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Preferred Qualifications Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strategic thinking: the ability to think critically and strategically, developing plans and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
