As a CSM, you will be responsible for client engagement activities and deliverables, instilling confidence in the customer through effective stakeholder management, establishing governance structures, and driving successful customer outcomes. This role will be expected to lead and build relationships with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business process owners at multiple levels throughout the organization and within the customer landscape. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Success Manager (Pharmacovigilance) at blithequark, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities: * Overall accountability for complexity 2 customer engagements * Responsible and accountable for assigned projects to ensure they are within expected costs, resources, timelines, and budget and meet expected quality standards * Responsible to determine project scope and objectives, oversee project plans, and monitor progress * Responsible to predict resources needed to reach project objectives, establish clear roles, and define output they need to deliver * Responsible for implementing governance structures with defined roles and responsibilities and escalation pathways * Identifies and proactively manages risks and leads mitigation measures * Ensures effective and transparent communication and working relationships with clients and project (workstream) team members * Manage change with the team when necessary to meet project deliverables * Accountable that all project team members are onboarded, trained accordingly, and aware of their responsibilities within the engagement **Education and Experience:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following education and experience: * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and/or PMP certification or equivalent experience * Project Manager experience in a fast-paced office environment * Several years’ experience and profound knowledge and expertise regarding relevant legislative and non-legislative guidelines on pharmacovigilance **What blithequark Offers:** We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
