With our mid-market and enterprise customers finding strong traction, and our European portfolio growing before our eyes, blithequark is now seeking a product-minded Customer Success Manager to join our team in Warsaw. **About the Role:** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for planning and managing the success of a portfolio of customers across the entire post-sale customer journey – from kick-off through advocacy to renewal. You will own the revenue of your portfolio, proactively identifying and executing upsell and expansion opportunities while mitigating any churn risks.
