As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a variety of small to medium-sized business customers. Your primary objective will be to drive smart and remarkable results, increase the adoption of blithequark Acquire, and help customers achieve maximum value from our solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a variety of small to medium-sized business customers Develop and implement a "one-to-many" approach to drive smart and remarkable results, such as conducting webinars on specific topics and using email cadency Utilize in-depth product and industry knowledge to increase the adoption of blithequark Acquire and drive customer success Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and industry challenges, and work on knowledge base creation to close this gap Help customers achieve maximum value from blithequark Acquire and achieve their business objectives Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts (blithequark ecosystem cross-selling) Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and drive customer retention Proactively identify portfolio risks and weaknesses, and develop strategic steps to prevent them Distribute customer needs, suggestions, and feedback across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams Collaborate closely with the Apple team on a selected list of clients to drive further expansion and align on joint strategy About You To succeed in this role, you should possess: Fluent English language skills Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving customer success and growth Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions A customer-oriented mindset and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions Conflict prevention and resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations Accountability for results, with a strong focus on driving business growth and customer success What's in it for You?
