Job Overview This hybrid position is based at our Orlando, FL location and offers a unique blend of working in-center and remotely from home. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer retention, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the customer relationship and preventing churn. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, introduce the latest technology and services, and drive sales growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, chats, emails, and other types of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities Instill confidence and loyalty in customers by using problem-solving skills to deescalate issues and reverse the course of cancellation requests into save opportunities Work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, chats, emails, and other types of customer inquiries Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3-4 days per week in-center and 1-2 days per week remotely from home Verified internet service, a dedicated work area, and a secure and reliable high-speed connection to support business needs Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and pictures of workspace setup Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a sales or retention environment Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including wireless, Internet, and voice services Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions and multiple priorities Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and tools Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
