As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer retention, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the customer relationship and preventing churn. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, introduce the latest technology and services, and drive sales growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customer interactions, including calls, chats, emails, and other types of customer inquiries.
