About the Role: Customer Success Director – Gig Economy Vertical As a Customer Success Director at blithequark, you will be instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our key clients within the dynamic Gig Economy space. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing and nurturing strong, lasting relationships, expanding our footprint through a consultative and tech-savvy approach. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, serving as the "go-to" person for their strategic account needs, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success and satisfaction. Become an expert in the staffing industry, utilizing your subject matter expertise to understand each client's organizational dynamics, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and relationship stability, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Maintain ownership of your book of business, comprising approximately 8-12 accounts worth several million dollars, and navigate complex issues, both technical and non-technical, using sound judgment and data to make decisions that are best for your clients. Conduct regular business reviews using value-add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance their programs, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit from blithequark's solutions. Map client business requirements to blithequark’s technology capabilities, identifying gaps, omissions, and process optimizations to drive innovation and improvement. Champion successful client outcomes and innovate ways to improve our service delivery, ensuring that blithequark remains at the forefront of the industry. Develop strategic account plans to grow client revenue and achieve world-class client satisfaction, aligning with blithequark's mission and vision. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: 7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related field, supporting enterprise-level clients and driving growth and satisfaction. Proven success in account management, client success, or sales, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level decision-makers within organizations and successfully handle objections, leveraging your expertise and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with API's and ATS integrations, as well as strong program management, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for clients, both verbally and in writing. Prior experience in the Gig economy is preferred, although not essential, as we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. A 4-year degree is strongly preferred, although equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered.
