Job Overview Blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in supporting USPS.com and associated applications. As a CSR, you will provide technical assistance to end-users on products and services via live chat sessions and email inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to allocate their time efficiently, work independently, and follow general instructions to achieve productivity goals. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home, with the requirement of being within 50 miles of an existing blithequark facility. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing the provided software and knowledge base. Ensure that end-user problems are resolved within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters to maintain high service standards. Maintain end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions, ensuring comprehensive support and follow-up as necessary. Work efficiently in one or multiple work queues over various customer contact channels, adapting to the dynamic nature of customer inquiries. Escalate issues promptly to appropriate support teams when needed, ensuring seamless transitions and resolution of complex problems. Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Collaborate with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required, fostering a spirit of teamwork and mutual support. Perform other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential qualifications and skills, including: Essential Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Typing speed of 45 WPM, with the ability to accurately document ticketing information with minimal errors. Ability to work independently, achieve productivity goals, and manage one's time effectively in a remote work environment. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with attention to detail and a positive attitude. Proficiency in using Windows-based applications and software, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work on weekends and/or on rotating schedules if required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Help desk/service desk experience, with familiarity with live chat and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.
