Job Overview This role is an integral part of the HR Shared Services team at blithequark, serving as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests to fulfillment. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you will work closely with local and global talent groups to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. Your customer-centric approach, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills, will enable you to provide top-notch support to employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with various teams to support applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, allowing employees to focus on delivering their best work. Research and implement new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across the Talent organization, driving process improvements and enhancing overall productivity. Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of the HR knowledge base for employees, providing accessible and up-to-date information on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive experience for all employees. Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality. Required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications: Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management. Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. A strong interest in process improvement and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using rigorous logic and methodologies. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required. Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is a plus, as is experience with Zendesk ticketing system.
