Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries in a professional and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices Certifications in customer service or related fields Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
