Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The training period will be approximately two weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed.
