Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to senior team members as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly Essential Qualifications Must reside in the United States and have a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions Windows PC with I5 CPU or better, 8GB RAM or more, and a reliable internet connection with speeds greater than 50MB per second (hardwired connection required) USB headset and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software applications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and efficiently Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately and securely, if required Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of sales techniques and principles, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services as appropriate Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a strong focus on flexibility and agility Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
