Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and minimizing delays. Rapidly retrieve information to assist caregivers with payroll-related inquiries, providing accurate and helpful responses. Utilize de-escalation techniques to support upset or frustrated callers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Offer guidance and directions to caregivers and patients to resolve issues effectively, ensuring that they have the support they need to succeed. Document information and outcomes as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring continuity of care. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field. Strong computer skills and ability to offer troubleshooting advice, with proficiency in using various software applications. Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations. Ability to handle calls of a sensitive nature and de-escalate emotionally charged situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Great active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of our clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Ability to accurately and confidently work with numbers and discuss money, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology. Familiarity with Medicaid programs, including eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and benefits.
