About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and prospective customers. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions are prompt, professional, and courteous. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner, providing a positive experience that reflects the values of blithequark. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as this is often the first point of contact our customers have with our facility, and ensure that it presents a professional image. Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing such matters to the appropriate person or department in a timely and efficient manner. Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service. Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system, and various spreadsheets, balancing month-end statements and maintaining accurate financial records. Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team in achieving its goals. Essential Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner. Proven multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Attentiveness and patience, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or environment. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing financial records and transactions. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
