Key Responsibilities Guide customers and referral sources through their orders for products/services, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless experiences Deliver world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize product and insurance resources to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, services, pricing, and availability Advise customers on shipping and order status, ensuring that they are informed and up-to-date on their orders Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with related experience in customer service preferred.
