Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance * Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers * Providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner * Working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts * Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace and adhering to technical requirements, including a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection **What We Offer** At blithequark, we offer a range of benefits and opportunities to support your career growth and well-being.
